  • About

    Ironhack is a global tech school offering intensive bootcamps in UX/UI design, development, and data. At the Barcelona campus, I led the UX/UI program, focusing on design thinking and hands-on learning for career-ready outcomes.

  • Challenge

    Students came from diverse backgrounds and needed to develop technical and strategic skills in a short period. The challenge was to guide them through full product lifecycles while maintaining high standards, relevance to industry needs, and collaborative team dynamics.

  • Impact

    By combining structured learning materials, live workshops, and ongoing mentorship, I helped students build real-world design competencies—from research to high-fidelity prototyping. Many launched successful careers or developed client-ready portfolio projects that reflected their ability to solve meaningful user problems.
