Context

  • About

Actilum is a Barcelona-based manufacturer of custom LED lighting, known for made-to-measure solutions and strong client relationships in the retail signage sector.

  • Challenge

The company’s core values weren’t being perceived by clients, and its market positioning had fallen behind competitors. We needed to define a solution that responded to real user needs while also rethinking the business strategy, product vision, and brand expression—internally and externally.

  • Impact

By combining design research, competitor benchmarking, and cross-team collaboration, we created an actionable brand strategy, an opportunity map for smart lighting products, and a unified vision for future developments. This laid the foundation for Dimble and elevated Actilum’s market relevance, product portfolio, and client engagement.
