Interaction Designer at HP

Context

  • About

HP is a global technology company with a broad B2B portfolio, including consumer software and printing solutions. As part of the user experience team for LFP (Large Format Printers), I contributed to refining the usability and accessibility of digital touchpoints within large-scale product ecosystems.

  • Challenge

Product teams needed to enhance interaction quality across user flows while ensuring accessibility compliance and reducing friction in the UI. Consistency across documentation, interaction behavior, and component usage was critical to support development at scale.

  • Impact

By improving information architecture and refining UI patterns, we reduced interface complexity, increased accessibility, and helped product teams deliver faster with fewer revisions.
